How to prepare BBQ Grilled Chicken & Veggie Kabobs?

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 ears corn
  • ½ cup original barbecue sauce

Instructions:

1.     Lightly oil and preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2.     Cut chicken and vegetables into bite size pieces.

3.     Arrange the skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.

Arrange the kabobs on the grill and generously coat them with Outback BBQ sauce. Grill for about 7 minutes, then turn the kabobs and brush with the sauce again. Continue cooking for a total of 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
